Make sure to examine the stones to check if they’re loose or not before cleaning them. If they’re loose take them to your local jeweler.

Clean the pieces in warm water with a few drops of dishwashing soap. Let the piece soak in the water for 10-20 minutes. Use a soft toothbrush (baby toothbrush) and clean the stones in gentle circular motions - both on the front of the stone and on the inside of the stone setting. Let the pieces dry it with a towel.
